Delivery time and shipping costs

When you order a product you can choose from shipping, or pick up at Rijen (Nl). Some products can only be picked up. This is due to the fragility and uniqueness of the product. The products state whether the product must be picked up in our showroom in Rijen (Nl).

Delivery

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. However, in exceptional situations we do not succeed in doing so. Sometimes products are not in stock, so the delivery of your order takes a little longer. If for any reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Product prices listed do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are:

Netherlands:

• Small packages: €6.95
• Large packages: €15.00

Belgium:

• Small packages: €11.00
• Large packages: €15.00

Germany:

• Both large and small packages: €15.00

Orders over $80 will be shipped free of charge.

Delivery within the Netherlands is made via PostNL's letter carrier or parcel delivery service. In general, delivery will take place within three working days between 9:00 and 18:00. You will always receive a confirmation and track-and-trace code by e-mail.

Delivery within Belgium and Germany is via DHL. Delivery outside the Netherlands unfortunately takes a little longer, on average five to seven working days. You will always receive a confirmation and track-and-trace code by e-mail.

Once your order is with one of the mail order companies, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the delivery time as we depend on PostNL or DHL.

Pick up in Rijen (Nl)

Once we have received your order it will be prepared for pickup in our showroom. When your order is ready in our showroom in Rijen (Nl) you will receive an email notification about this. Picking up the order is possible on weekdays between 09:00 and 16:00 and on Saturdays between 10:00 and 16:00. With the exception of holidays.

Return

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you do not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. If you wish to return your order, please inform us at info@americanvintageunlimited.nl.

You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product, at your own expense. You will then be credited the full order amount excluding shipping costs. Of course you are also welcome in our showroom to physically hand over the product to us. Upon receipt we will refund the order amount of your return within 14 days, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.
